    "Apparently" my parcel isn't there at the time that is clearly written on the card left in my mail box.
    I even got an email saying that it was awaiting collection 2 HOURS before that time.

    Not the first time it's happened either.
    I also love the snide comments when I or my partner have to come in the next day and they have the guts to say "Didn't you pick this up yesterday?"
    Um no I didn't because you "claimed" it wasn't there.

    I hate missing the delivery man because I know I'm going to be stuffed around by this Australia Post...
